Policy & Procedures for Bidding Dealers

Hours: 9:00am to 5pm every Tuesday. Wednesday till
12pm SHARP! 2nd Chance Bidding from 4:30pm Wed. to 11am Thurs.
Must register to on Web Site to access our “Online Bidding”.
Letter of credit from your bank may be required.
There will be a $75.fee added for all vehicles won in bid sold for $1,999 or less. Vehicles sold for $2,000 and higher will have a fee added of $125. This should be added to your check and made payable to the “Selling Dealer”.
All Vehicles are sold "AS IS". There is only 1 area that you will be able to unwind or receive an adjustment. "Title discrepancies not disclosed on sale day". That's it. You are responsible to check drive train and frame!
All cars won in bid must be removed
and paid for by Fri. at 12pm. Be notified that you may be charged $25.
per day after Friday if not picked up!
All bid results will be posted the Wed. after the bid on the web site
Invoices will be printed for each vehicle sold and must be signed at time of pick-up.
Invoices can be pick-up from SJAB.
Titles, at selling dealer’s discretion, can be picked up at SJAB. SJAB does not guarantee the time on Titles. We do our best to expedite receiving it and handing it to the buyers.
We ask that test driving cars that you must observe the posted speed limit in the industrial park, which is 25 mph and is related to Esterbrook Lane and Olney Avenue, please use Springdale Road for higher speeds. We are not responsible for violations issued while on test drives.

This is a service provided by SJAB to benefit both the seller &
the buyer. We have over 28 years experience in the wholesale business
and insure the integrity of this bid. Bids are only accepted electronically.
All winning buyers will be notified next day. Please do not call us, we will call you. We ask that you use common sense at this facility and follow the procedures that are in place.
Any sold vehicles left here and abandoned subjected to any violation or citation is the responsibility of the owner.
SJAB is NOT responsible for typographical errors, ie.: Year, Make Model, Color, Mileage & VIN number. Please check these items before bidding.

Policy & Procedures for Selling Dealers

► Selling Dealers will supply a good Title
to the buyers when it has arrived. If there is a payoff, Dealer will
make Title available within a reasonable amount of time. Approximately
14-21 days. Buyer does have the right to ask for an adjustment from the seller or return the vehicle to the seller after 30 days if title is not produced. If there is a brand or disclosure on Title, Dealer will
notify SJAB! SJAB is not responsible for the delay of Titles.
► Wholesale cars can arrive daily between 9am and 5pm Thursday, Friday, and Monday (No Later Than 4 PM). No cars can arrive on Tuesday! Saturday’s with advanced notice.
► All bid results will be posted the day after the bid on our web site.
► You will be called Wed. approximately 1pm for approvals. We ask that when you are called to have them ready.
► Invoices will be printed for each vehicle sold and must be signed and paid for before removed. Selling Dealers will not have to print up invoices.
► Titles will be picked up by SJAB and handed out on a weekly schedule. We ask that your Title Clerk be aware of this and have Titles ready as soon as possible. The faster we can turn titles around, the better the bids will be on your inventory.
► All Vehicles are sold "AS IS". There is only 1 area that will unwind or receive an adjustment. "Title and odometer discrepancies not disclosed on sale day". That's it.

high bid to the current market. Your floors should be reasonable and

responsibility of the winning bidder.
